So don't think we won't be lobbying for you all month. We want YOU to get drunk in the USA. So today was like the longest day ever, but I just have one more class tomorrow and then the semester is pretty much over. I had a huge test today. Want to know the questions?

1) Looking at design history from the industrial revolution to WWI every movement whether explicit or not, can be seen as a reaction (positive/negative) to the machine. Using specific examples analyze the affect this has had on the relationship between design and production.
2) How and why are symbol and ornament integral to all 19th century design? Discuss using at least one specific example each from a minimum of three various movements.
