exciting chicago story of the day: i ran smack into joan cusack at the ceramics studio today!!!

i came around a corner as i was on my way out and i literally almost walked into her. she was with her kids and we both said excuse me, and she took her children into the kids classroom where they were having a little party. i then walked past the door like six more times to make sure it was actually her. and it was. then i called my mom from the parking lot as i tried to figure out which car was hers.

my second celebrity sighting so far!

i love joan cusack. shes my hero. if only i get could her to let me babysit for her kids and then work my way into family functions, someday getting to meet her brother at which point we would fall madly in love and someday he would stand outside my apartment building holding a boombox playing the shins....if only.

time to write a cover letter to accompany my resume pursuing an ad sales position at the onion, chicago office.
