News from the Homefront

Gin is in LOOOOOVE. yuck! You are going to get cooties!

K, They have made SO MANY changes at my old work place. I don't know about getting free shit though, it's a possibility, but Greeks are pretty stingy. (as Mara can tell you I am proof of this)

Moll, glad you managed to figure out the computer. I'm sure it's not true that you graduated and turned 40. More like you graduated and turned 80... haha, just kidding (only, well, you DO go to bed early).

As for life in Korea, this weekend has definately taken a downturn. The David Hellfgott concert (see: shine, the moive) is sold out and then I found out a kid from JM who was my sisters friend (as well as Christian Cragun and Brian Eagen's for Mara, who might actually know who those people are) fell off a bluff in Redwing and died.

I didn't know the kid but I'm feeling partiularly shitty right now as my sister had had a really hard month. Our cat died, her boyfriend was a jerk and dumped her, and she has some wierd virus diease that made her miss tons of school and all of swimming and she had to have all these tests done, and on top of that her sister left her for Korea.

I know she's not doing good and I just want to fly home right now to give her a hug.

Ack, anyway, I don't mean to be so damn depressing. It will all be okay, it's just that the extra stress caused by sitting in the same place all day with nothing to do makes a person crazy.

On a lighter note now that the concert idea is crapped I can sit around Saturday night and watch the Badger game all drunk while eating sausages since the game is at 1:00 am Korea time instead of 5:30 or 6:30 am. 1:00am is a much more suitable time for sausages and beer.
