FiveMoreMinutes

Sometimes I think the best thing about school is that I travel to all my classes with a glue stick. And other times I just want to play tetris and go to sleep. I want a Bell's Oberon. Liz your school sounds funny. My brother is teaching in China right now and the other night the freshman had some big school party and my brother and his girlfriend (who is Italian--Sorry Virg, you can't marry him yet) were the guests of honour. I spell it that way because I live in Canada. Eh. Anyway, so they introduced Noel and his G.F., who is also a teacher there and they were like, "OK, now sing us a song." And Noel said there was no way he would do that. And they all totally expected him to. But he refused and so they said, "Ok, just do a dance." The idea of Noel dancing in front of his school is so super hilarious to me. It's not like he can't dance, and actually he can sing a little too. One time in high school he thought he was a dog and he sang Harry connick, Jr. to the whole school, but that was because he was hypnotized. But an interpretive dance would have been so awesome. All the other students performed--some sing, some dance, something like a romance (that's a song I like), and he said some were really good but then there was this girl who was wearing a trench coat and had a little interpretive dance of her own. I guess it was pretty bad and inappropriate as well. But you know what? She didn't learn it from me. Ima go do my homeworks now. I'm designing some different layouts for a fake magazine to raise awareness about the lack of funding for Canadian athletes in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Sounds exciting? Well come on over then.
